WHAT IS RPA?
RPA is short for ’Robotic Process Automation’, which in simple language means software robots.
When most people hear the word ’robot‘, they begin to picture a physical robot, a programmable automated machine that resembles humans. A physical robot exists on the physical plane and carries out all sorts of mechanical activities like mass production of automobiles, vacuuming of floors, and mowing the lawn grass.
A software robot, however, is a bit different. It has no physical existence. Instead, it resides on a computer or a server. Its purpose is to automate digital activities. For a better idea, think of a robot that automatically pays bills and registers them in your financial system without the need for human labour. That's an example of RPA, a software robot.
Software robots can work by themselves. They don't require human assistance.
At Tiblo, we are experts at using the RPA software called UiPath. UiPath is one of the most used RPA tools globally and is, in our opinion, the best tool available in the market for creating software robots.
We know that RPA technology can be hard to understand. So, to simplify the complexity and explain it visually, we collected three short films that have different approaches and perspectives. Hopefully, once you watch these videos, all your doubts about RPA will be resolved. If you still have doubts, we will be happy to discuss and explain further.

5 STATISTICS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT RPA
Some of the world's most reputed analytics and consulting companies have conducted surveys on RPA. Some important findings of these surveys are:
Organisations that scaled RPA appear to have had such a positive experience that their expectations have grown: they believe that 52% of FTE (full-time equivalent) capacity could be provided by robots. This can enable the human workforce to be redeployed to more value-adding activities. (AI Multiple)
Cost reduction (59%), improved productivity (86%), improved quality/accuracy (90%), and improved compliance (92%) are tangible benefits that organisations responding to a survey reported. In their perception, RPA meets and exceeds their expectations. (Deloitte)
BENEFITS OF RPA
There are numerous benefits to using robotics software to automate your processes. Listed below are some primary benefits:
You pay employees’ salaries to perform many tasks, which can easily be automated and performed by a software robot. You can save the wages you pay for this work by letting an RPA bot do the job. In addition, an RPA bot is inexpensive to develop and will have a noticeably short payback period.
Unlike humans, an RPA bot is free from physical and mental limitations. Bots can perform tasks 24 hours a day, every day of the year. They need no holidays, sick days, weekends, lunch breaks, etc. This results in continuous workflow and a significant increase in productivity.
Increase employee satisfaction
Performing monotonous and tedious repetitive tasks often demotivates employees. Such mundane tasks can instead be automated with RPA. RPA saves your employees’ time and effort. In the time saved, employees can focus on tasks that create more business value, for example, client and customer interaction, relationship management, and other value-creating activities. Such activities are more exciting, meaningful and often boost employee satisfaction.
Enhance customer satisfaction
When people perform repetitive and monotonous work, they inevitably make mistakes. An RPA bot handles tasks faster and does not make mistakes. As a result, efficiency increases and the work is delivered to the customer earlier and with fewer errors. This helps increase customer satisfaction.
Improve accuracy and quality
Bots follow all the rules and make no mistakes. Work handled by RPA bots is consistent, reliable, and 100% accurate. This reduces the number of rework cases significantly and improves the quality of the output.
RPA BOT EXECUTING A TASK
Watching how a software robot performs a specific task can help understand its functioning better. Below is a video of an RPA bot performing one specific task. This is only an example. RPA bots can be used for all kinds of repetitive digital processes and workflows.

Tiblo's competencies include more subject areas than just coding software robots. UX design, UI design, user testing, user behaviour, IT security, business process optimisation, finance, business strategy, marketing, etc., are other important fields that we are knowledgeable in.
Our team includes people with multifaceted expertise that can benefit your project. As an example, one of our experts has worked on business process optimisation (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.) in some of Denmark's largest companies. Another expert has worked in the field of user research and consumer insights for one of the world's largest data and analytics companies (Nielsen).
We can help and answer all your queries, such as: How can we decrease costs with RPA? Which specific process in our organisation can we improve with RPA? How can we increase our customer satisfaction with RPA?
We will incorporate all our multifaceted knowledge and experience into your software robot when we build it.
YOU DO NOT NEED PRIOR KNOWLEDGE ABOUT RPA OR PROGRAMMING
If you choose Tiblo to make your software robot, you do not need prior knowledge of software robots or programming. You just need to tell us your initial thoughts and ideas. We will work and guide you through the entire process to transform your ideas into a software robot.
90% of our clients have no technical skills, but that is not a problem at all. We have the skills and experience for effectively communicating complex technical concepts in simple and easy to understand language.
UIPATH IS THE MARKET LEADER
There is a lot of different software you can use to make RPA. The three most widely used tools are UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere.
According to the reputed analysis company Gartner, UiPath is the leading RPA software in the market. TechCrunch also reports that UiPath has the highest market share (27%) of all RPA tools. At Tiblo, we only use UiPath to make RPA solutions. We believe that it is the best and most efficient tool in the market.

RPA PRODUCTS WE OFFER
You get a brand-new RPA bot built from scratch based on your requirements.
We modify your existing RPA bot by adding or removing functionalities and features.
We help optimise your existing RPA bot based on your current needs, such as speed, accuracy, or quality improvement.
FULLY FUNCTIONAL RPA BOT FROM 700 GBP
We prefer to provide a fixed price for your RPA project. That way, you know the exact cost of the project right at the start itself. However, it is only possible to calculate the amount after we know what you have in mind, such as the processes the bot needs to handle, the tasks it must execute, etc.
Our prices start from 700 GBP for a software robot that can execute simple tasks.
If you require RPA work done at hourly rates, it costs a maximum of 50 GBP per hour. The hourly rate falls with an increase in the number of hours purchased. 90% of our clients buy fixed-price projects and, in practice, obtain hourly rates that are significantly below 50 GBP per hour.
The mentioned hourly rates apply to all our experts irrespective of their seniority level or domain (project managers, team leads, software architects, senior developers, etc.).
Our prices are significantly lower than many other UK agencies that build software robots. In our experience, our prices are also lower than many agencies in Eastern Europe (Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Belarus, Lithuania, etc.) that make software robots. This is, of course, without compromising on quality. You may be wondering how we can offer RPA products of high quality, in a short delivery time, at such low prices. The answer lies in The Tiblo Model.
YOU OWN THE RIGHTS
Once the RPA bot is finalised to your satisfaction and you have paid the entire amount, you own all rights to it. If you decide to do further development in the future, you can continue working with us, find another (external) company or do the work in-house. You own the rights, so it’s all up to you.
We would be glad to invite you to meetings where we can share our knowledge and learnings about RPA and UiPath. You can decide the subject for our meetings. We will offer valuable advice regardless of the stage you are at: ideation stage, development stage, a live RPA bot, etc.
The meetings are 100% free and non-binding. You are in no way obliged to buy anything from Tiblo after these meetings.

Director and CFO
Danske Idræt is an independent sports association for employees of Danske Bank in Denmark, with approximately 2,000 members. We needed a new digital platform (mobile app and administration module) to offer our association members a better experience and, at the same time, to simplify the administrative work for our volunteers. Tiblo has been a competent partner while working with us on this new digital platform. Tiblo understood our requirements and took the time needed to understand our organization and pains. We are delighted with the collaboration and the high quality work, offered at a good price.
